Once you’ve crafted the perfect book, you want it to get the attention it deserves. But finding readers is more complicated than simply making your book available.
One of the best ways to win the trust of prospective readers is to get reviewed by other readers. Ten to fifteen reviews usually solidify your book as a worthwhile read and cause Amazon to bump it higher in its search engine results.
Below I have listed some of the top ways to get those reviews, regardless of how large or small your current following is. Of course, you’ll get more reviews if you have more readers--but a hefty mailing list is not a prerequisite for getting your foot in the door.
I’d love to hear your review strategies! Please share them in the comments section below or join my Facebook group for self-publishing fiction writers for further discussion.
